For Whom
Are you experiencing difficult thoughts that you can’t seem to sort out by yourself? It can be a relief to have someone to talk to, who thinks along with you. Someone who helps you to place those thoughts and maybe even put them in a different perspective. Our clients often experience that these kinds of conversations can lead to greater self-awareness. For you, too, talking with us can equip you to change your behaviour based on your renewed observational capacity. You’ll be able to handle life’s surprises and imperfections better. An important end result is that you will be led less by your fears, insecurities or frustrations, and become more conscious at letting your behaviour be determined by what you value most.

Students
Given the amount of student registrations, we have developed a special group therapy programme (dutch only). There is great power in knowing that you are not alone in your struggles. Additionally, it feels good to be supported and inspired by other students going through a similar issue. This form of therapy also enables us to realise shorter waiting periods.
