We offer Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), EMDR, Acceptance Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Schematic Therapy. In addition, we offer group therapy such as Acceptance Commitment Therapy (ACT) for students. <\/p>\n

Basic GGZ<\/h2>\n

The help we provide falls under the Basic GGZ package. This includes help for people with mild to moderate psychological issues. Short-term care is offered which is aimed at development. To register for Basic GGZ, you will need a referral from your General Practitioner (GP). This will also enable you to have the costs reimbursed by your insurer. <\/p>\n
